"Sliced smoked chicken was wonderful....very juicy....and both the red and white BBQ sauce was about the best I have ever tried. The pinto beans were a little dry and the cornbread had sugar (which is a no go for me) but next time I will order the Texas Toast. The mayo based slaw was as near to my Mother's as you can get. On the way out we picked up candles and fudge. Welcome to Albertville!"

"My sons and I had our weekly dinner tonight. The atmosphere was great. The staff we welcomed was very professional and friendly. The food was great too. We had the wings and for an appetizer we had the loaded pommes. Anyway, we'll be back soon."

"We ate lunch today. You have a varied menu, many possibilities. I'm gluten-free and these choices were easy to find on the menu. Our food was good, even though my average steak rate was moderate. The staff was personal and helpful. My only real complaint was the calories. Most choices were a good part of a person's daily calories. That would prevent me from eating here often."

"The big cheeseburger I got was fine. It tasted unseasonal, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but not really for me. My friend has the big chicken sandwich and she said it was good, so there is. Even the lady at the window seemed somehow irritable and hurried. Not really the best experience for my first visit and probably not back."

"Took my aunt to lunch. She got Philly cheesesteak and fries. I got the grumpy cheeseburger and fries. The bill was 16 and change including tax. Delicious! Great food and atmosphere. Good service. Only 4 stars because of the line to check out. Need more people on registers or separate registers for restaurant and store."
