What Michael McMurtry likes about Starbucks:
I go to Starbucks almost daily. The staff is always friendly. My drink on the other hand varies greatly. I order iced coffee with cream. Sounds simple enough. Starbucks has even given the cream a fractional measurement.... meaning light cream should be 1/4 inch, regular cream is 1/2 inch and extra cream is 1 inch. What A T doesn't like about Starbucks:
I visit this location at least 1-2 times a week. For the most part their customer service is decent, my coffee orders...not so much. My coffee orders are never consistent. One day it 's great! Then the next time I go, I can 't drink my coffee until I get to work, to doctor my drink with extra coffee or creamer. Really sucks, because this location is convenient. View all feedback.
