"For a few years I have always been happy to come to the Palace of Citizens. Just in the warm season, the garden invites you. I find it nice that since the acquisition of the Blank family, Ansbacher Bratwürste are also offered. Ms. Pope and the other service staff are always very nice and friendly and the small menu offers joy for all days. I am more common in Nuremberg and like to eat at Bratwurst House. These sausages should also be guided by the sidewalk and avoid the past grilled goods from the supermarket. The cakes are excellent! Always friendly and always attentive under full load. "This review is for their restaurant only. I didn't stay at their hotel. It's a solid Franconian restaurant in Ansbach. Like many other establishments in Germany, this restaurant is family-owned and operated. Service is excellent. Menu is quite extensive from appetizers to main course meals. Franconian dishes tend to be very hearty like American comfort foods. If you don't like/eat pork, your options will be limited. Vegetarian options area somewhat limited. Price is quite reasonable for the serving size. Bon Appétit!"
