"It is heartening to see Roorkee growing with increasing dine-in options offering diverse cuisines. But dine-in (read:Hospitality) is much more than cooking good food, and that is exactly what Pi staff and management needs to learn. Having said that, before I review Pi, I must admit that it is a must-go (for now) for Roorkee standards.Food: The best part first! We tried Chicken Rara and a portion of veg Chopsey. Chicken was absolutely ravishing. Chopsey bit better than OK. U can take assistance from staff for their delicacies in respective Cuisine. Portions are sufficient for a family of 4. Bar isn't operational as of now but would make it an absolute family delight once done.Ambience: The decor is well done up and pleasing. The place is huge so one doesn't feel cramped up. But the lighting is a bit too bright to be soothing. However, on days, it gets irritatingly noisy in the absence of any music in the background, which the management must immediately address.Service: The newly recruited staff is polite but struggles on busy days. Anticipate and order repeat portions of breads in advance or one shall wait till Chicken comes alive complaining.Undoubtedly, a promising option at Roorkee, only if they vouch for improvement."
