I have been coming for 29 years after st. barts and have observed that it will become more environmentally friendly in the last 2 years. we tried all the best restaurants that offer a vegan dish that we could find, and black was our hands down favorites. we had a ingwer with rice and curry with sweet potato and other sweet and fried banana for dessert. the food was delicious and eating in the free under beautiful art...
