Stopped in Gwinn this am on my way with Smiles on Wheels to Gilbert Elementary. I was amazed that a scratch French bakery is located there. It really is amazing… I loved my egg, bacon, gueyere croissant! Staff very knowledgeable and kind.

Best thing to ever happen to Gwinn! Couldn't live without their croissants and chocolates.

We got the sweetest surprise on our weekend camping trip to Gwinn… riding our bikes through town we stopped by Towners over an hour after they closed. The nicest employee came out and said she still had some cruffins and blueberry pastries- plus she added a free cinnamon roll to our order! We highly recommend the Tourist Park camping AND Towners.

Best place in the Upper Peninsula. A taste of civilization in the Northwoods. Would never have dreamed of finding chocolate and pastries of this quality. Saved our road trip. True connoisseurs working here.
