Went to Dunelm today and decided to go for a coffee at Pausa upstairs while we were there. Greeted by a lovely, polite young man who took our details and then showed us to a table. He explained clearly how to order at the counter. The lady who made our coffee was also very welcoming and the coffee was delicious. We ordered 2 jacket potatoes one with tuna one with chicken We had to wait 40 mins to be served we saw 4 other tables being served who was behind us in the que.
