"We love this restaurant! The place is beautiful, but more important of all is the staff and the food. The stuff is professional and friendly. And the food is great. We have only tried the Sunday Lunch , but we been already like 5 times and we will continue going. My husband is celiac and in this restaurant they really care about it. "Arvonia is a brilliant place in every way. A family business that delivers a quality meal at a great price in a clean contemporary environment. The staff are welcoming and the fish is cooked to order on arrival. The staff have made an extra effort with decorations for Halloween so it’s worth a visit if you have children. We both had the haddock and shared some chips and a large curry sauce. The menu is quite extensive with plenty of family friendly options. It was by far the best battered haddock we have had at any fish and chip shop. The fish had a great flavour and texture and was perfectly cooked with crispy batter. We have been a couple for 12 years today so we chose this for our Anniversary meal"

"Outstanding. We went to celebrate a family occasion. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant until we left, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was superb. We had plaice (which was massive! and roast beef. The food impeccably served (we ate it too fast to photograph it . The views are breathtaking. "Service was first rate and the food was generally delicious. Everyone had to pre order and pre pay, so it was a really nice touch that the place cards not only had the names but also on the underside were the menu choices for each person. The Festive Menu food was well presented and generally, the food was tasty and adequate. It was nice, for instance, that the carrots were not over cooked and had plenty of flavour. One diner felt that the turkey was a bit lacking in flavour, but she is a Cordon Bleu. There also seemed to be an issue that the stuffing balls appeared to be something like pork stuffing, not the anticipated sage and onion, although the menu only said stuffing anyway. Those who had the gilt head bream felt that the portion size was a bit on the small side unlike ordering bream in Greece, where you get the whole fish! As ever, the chefs handled special dietary requirements with perfect attention to detail, with exclusions and substitutions accordingly. I'd certainly be glad to repeat and to recommend the venue and the Festive Menu. We have often eaten here and never been disappointed, usually just as a couple or small groups, so it was interesting to see how efficient the catering was for the 40 50 party size."
