Absolutely disgusting behaviour by bar staff, his behaviour was very caustic from the start. One of my friends commented to my colleague that he was unfriendly and wondering what his problem was. The barman said that if he wasn't happy he would give him a plastic glass. We walked out of an empty pub in winter where trade is so important and local as that .
