The cellar bar is very cosy and inviting. The beers are excellent. The food is exceptional and the portions huge. Vegetarian options available. Reasonably priced. View all feedback.
What mrdwjbennett2017 doesn't like about Torrent Walk:
I have visited this real ale bar many times in the winter. 7/2/24, no central heating, and log fire not lit. Perishing! Could only manage 2 pints before having to go elsewhere. A real shame. View all feedback.
What a find, lovely quant pub. Stopped for food when passing through on way home from Barmouth and did not disappoint. Had the pie of the day which was minted lamb. Came with a choose of chips or mash and a generous side of mixed veg, which consisted of carrots cauliflower beans braised red cabbage courgettes and sprouts. Would recommend to anyone and we will be back for more.
Fantastic as always.....the staff and Gareth do an amazing job.....the food the atmosphere the place......outstanding......and there Sunday lunch is the best we have ever had......
Just wanted to say it's the best pub meal we have had for a very long time.3 of us had the today's special lamb and mint pie served with chips or mash with a selection of fresh vegetables and plenty of it all for £16 each. We all really enjoyed it will definitely be back very soon.
Absolutely amazing roast dinner and really nice beer on draught. The best roast dinner all three of us have had out in a very long time with plenty of sides. We had lamb shank, and one veggie roast which was a cauliflower, brie and cranberry parcel which my friend said was delicious! Would definitely reccomend!
What more could you ask for on a wet and windy night. Great food and a warm welcome. Outstanding menu and wonderful staff
