I was there a several weeks back and the owner was having a go at the young man and I was appalled at the owners behavior, so much so, I ask the young man if he was alright, as he looked visibly upset. I firmly believe that there are a lot of bosses/managers who are great at managing to bring the best out of their staff and obviously this is not one of them.
