We always say we will order something other than a steak when we go to The Phoenix but we simply cannot go passed their Black Angus Rump! There is a gorgeous back deck to enjoy a lunchtime drink and a gambling room if you are into that! Just wish they didn't have Keno in the dining room as it isn't my thing. read more.

I dined here about 2 years ago and it was awful. I went again last week and nothing has changed. I got steak and veg, to which I thought would be a simple meal and not that hard. Asked for MR, got well done. Veg was frozen veg that had been microwaved. The mashed potato was Deb seriously awful and don't even get me started on the packet maggi gravy.
