Disappointed by very rude service and basically scammed. Went there at 8pm on a Tuesday and they have a board saying “happy hour buy one get one free Hanoi beer between 12pm and 9pm”. I ordered two and got charged for both. When I pointed out the board with the offer I was told “no”. Quite interesting. Maybe better remove the board if the offer is “no”? read more.
