What User doesn't like about Festa Garden:
Salty pasta, cheap pizza, no lasagna. These guys need to look at a US Italian Buffet to see how it is done. Half of the menu not worthy of the price. Customer service was good. View all feedback.

It was not bad but I think there are better restaurants at the AEON mall in Shimoda.
