If you have been in Misawa for as long as I am, you can look for a change in the kitchen. This Vietnamese restaurant will deliver exactly that. The Pho is something of the best I've ever had. The railway was delicious; I recommend the beef teriyaki one. The lemonade was amazing and they had so many flavors. The waffles also had a lot of options and they were all perfect.
