I've been rooting for the Cap Diner, because Hackensack definitely needs a cool, modern place for good food, drinks and a vibe. They do well on several levels: the place looks great (including big open windows in the front and outdoor dining) the bar is nice (good selection, including some great local beer) and from what I've heard, the food is good.
