Bianca the new bartender/server is awesome. Rosas is one of my favorite spots, I am a regular sheâs a great addition.

Always very good. The guacamole was great. We had the pan seared cod with shrimp and the salmon entrees . Both were delicious. Margaritas were very good also

"The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Hubby's cousin is a picky eater, but he loved the Brisket Sandwich. Which says a lot : I got the Corn Bread and Carolina Bowl. I loved the Carolina Bowl, meaty, and the slaw was delicious, and I'm not a slaw person. My order was to go, so I ate it later and it was delicious. I will have to try it freshly made in the brick and mortar location. The Corn Bread was too dry for my taste, I had to warm it up and smothered it with butter to eat it... Will have to go to the brick and mortar location soon!"
