The new Cu Tu restaurant now stands where the old Hung Viet restaurant used to be. I had never dined at Hung Viet, so I cannot say if Cu Tu is a new version trying to escape past issues or if it is an entirely new establishment, but it certainly has a cozy feel to it. on the grounds of the old hung viet restaurant stands the new cu tu restaurant.
