What User likes about Wenlock Arms:
we went here as a pub guide recommended the pub. it turned out that there was an appalled old school British pub with real kamin. I went on a Monday night, and it was far away from heaving. I can't imagine that it will ever be packed especially, as the amount of traffic that would attract it would be nil. They either know that it is there and have it as a target already, or they would never stumble over it. it is down a residential street about halfway between engl and old street. it is very much a “proper” pub, but not particularly cozy in it.
