That was such a nice little find during our trip to Iceland. We just left and we were surprised. The salmon is divine and the 2 of the 3 tables they offer are proclaimed. I made pictures with the cheese plate and the meat plate. I'm curious about the seafood plate, so maybe next time I'll get it.

Dariusz was extremely helpful. He recommended the Minke Whale and it is absolutely fabulous. Each restaurant has lamb, but no restaurant has this. Very recommended.

Fantastic under the radar room for a really delicious meal that uses local in season ingredients, but prepared with a ton of international cuisine techniques. Mink Walfleisch is not an Icelandic delicacies from what I was told, but they had it on the menu and of course we had to have it. Like the best steak I've ever had. Melt in the mouth and fleshy and tender at once. We also had horses steaks and it was very hard, but a ton of taste. Very medieval as the feeling, the restaurant ambience and the staff was very beautiful and welcoming. We look forward to our next trip in Iceland!

Ordered a steak, medium rare and when I got it, it was dry and pretty close to well done. The vegetables that came with the steak were really cold and the beard sauce was lumpy and tasteless. The potatoes were the only thing that was boiled well on that plate so I don't get the steak again.

Amazing place to eat, delicious food! The staff was very nice and prepared a tasty cake plateau for our anniversary
