"This place is as much a den as a restaurant, with a back room meant for hanging out with cool people. The front room is small, but we were perfectly comfortable. The food is very innovative and excellent. The staff was lovely, really lovely. While expensive, we didn't feel the restaurant was at all overpriced. We had a really great time and loved this place."

"I really enjoyed that as youngish people we could show up as ourselves (in outfits we were going out in later in the evening) and have a really nice meal without feeling awkward in a more formal setting. The food was a carefully selected seasonal menu well worth the price and the chef is a cool guy. This isn’t a new breed showy restaurant made only for the Michelin list. It is just solid food and good wine served night after night. Will 100% be coming back next time I’m in Oslo."
