"The 3 stars are because The bathroom are out of order and have been for quite some time.It is an inconvienence to come during a lunch break and have to stop elsewhere for a bathroom stop. Just don 't have time for that. Sign says out of order sorry for inconvienence 'Just KEEP IT REAL and put no public restroom if thats the case. Can 't imimagine it takes months upon months to fix a bathroom."

"As a former employee, I know the tasks they have to do. It's kind of pathetic that I had to wait 20 minutes to get crazy bread that wasn't even done right. And the sauce was overgrown. Lobby customers should not wait more than 3-5 minutes to have orders there. As we were trained. Good work. The employees are very poorly trained or very thinly distributed. I just feel bad for her. They didn't even have an employee who was supposed to be the lobby. I'm going from here to Frederick."

"Visited on a road trip from Toronto, Canada to Washington DC. Our first visit to a Bob Evans location and we enjoyed the experience. Food was great and the service even better. We were thirteen of us and Amanda (Mendi) took very good care of us. It was a birthday celebration made special by the singing quartet you see in the picture."

"Cuban was good. Tried the maple cheesecake for the first time and its sooooo tasty. Seems to have maple icing between a standard cheesecake bottom and spice cake top, then its topped with the same maple icing and nuts. Hope this stays on their menu."

"The food was great! I loved the Parmesan Crusted Meatball Pepperoni Papadia. the Garlic Knots were on point! AND most importantly the dasher was wonderful. it was still so hot when we received it we had to wait for it to cool down a bit."

"I'm from put out of town, but this was the worst Texas roadhouse I've been to. Cold fries pickles, overcooked steak, missing mushrooms. I asked for my sweet potato plain, and they put marshmallows on it. It was loud, inside. Couldn't get our waitress back forever. No manager was available. Just bad, all around."
