The staff here are very professional and very fast. Unlike most McDonald's, this location will customize any order and they will give you no problem whatsoever making changes to their most common meals. I think this is the best McDonald's inHagerstown. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Not sanitary, couples I know, worked there and said they do a lot of unsanitary and evil things like the food fall and instead throw them away only what they did. My friend also got food poisoning twice in a row and they told him to prove it and not come back. Also their settings behind the registers like half of them even have a job. Good people. Quick and friendly. Food is as good as most mcds. Don't go under, but don't go over, go over here for decent food and fast food prep.
Order 20 spicy chicken nuggets and had to wait 45 mns. Also had a mixture of regular.
Food was cold and I don't think there was a clean table in the place. I know that finding help is hard but not giving good service costs business too.
