Definitely the best tacos in the Hagerstown area, no doubt about it. Best Mexican restaurant in town, probably even the best in all neighhboring towns as well! The staff is friendly, the food is fantastic, from tacos to quesadillas, to enchiladas, churros, and one of my favorite LOTES con LOCA!!
