Terrible service. I love Hewitt's ice cream and milkshakes, but the crew that current works there has no clue about customer service. The continuous private conversations going on between the staff behind the counter; waiting 15 minutes for a milkshake; and being ignored by staff is ridiculous. We wont be back. read more.
