"I’m going to sound like a w*nker for saying this, but I expected V Spot to be more like a restaurant than a takeaway. We rang up and booked, although I don’t think we needed to on this occasion. From the decent-sized menu my companion chose the chicken Hawaiian and we agreed on the Italian, and split a family size pizza between the two varieties. It was pretty good, with commercial vegan meats and cheese, and cut into small squares rather than slices, making it easier to eat. At $27 for a family-size meat pizza with $1.50 for the split, it was reasonable and in keeping with other pizza restaurants I’ve been to, which have large (smaller than family) pizzas in the low $20s. The ambience was lacking a bit though. There were also a few packaged vegan food products on sale, including some big-brand ice creams (of which we did buy one). This business is up for sale, so support it if you want the new owners to keep it vegan."

"That was the first time I was with herrn chu. it was the daytime and the place quite busy. our table was reserved and the staff took attention to chat about the dishes. the meals arrived and were consumed as fast as absolutely delicious. we saw which dishes were delivered to other tables and know what we will try next time as they looked fabulous. will come back in any case!"

"My partner and I were greeted with excellent service and were guided through a number of vegan options. The veg paella is vegan (and was very delicious), and almost all of the sides were able to be made vegan. There were also a couple of delicious options off the menu too chickpea fritters being one of them. "Lovely spot in Hahndorf. A classic German style pub and foods. Simple, authentic and delicious. The beer is one of the best experiences of beer i have ever had. The items were nicely done and the atmosphere, service and staff were so good. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a real German experience of pub food and drinks."

"Perfect spot to hang out with friends on a Friday Saturday night or a weekend afternoon. Delicious fried chicken paired with a nice cocktail or whiskey or cold beer what more can you ask for. Great service .. good music. Really I have nothing bad to say !"
