I really like Umm Kulthum and consider it one of the best vegan restaurants I've ever been to and certainly one of the best restaurants in Haifa. However, I'm really disappointed that every time I walk or drive by there in the last half of a year it is clear that staff do not wear masks to keep with covid regulations.
