Tried this place for the first time today. Certainly won't be the last. I ordered the Colorado Omelette and my wife had 2 eggs, English muffin, and fruit. Her eggs were done perfectly and she said the English muffin was toasted but still soft. Loved it. My omellette was simply huge! And very tasty.
