"This is a nice-looking little place but did not live up to the hype we had heard. Firstly, the staff attitude can only be described as disdainful. They acted like it was an imposition to answer the ONE question we asked about what was on...offer, and to ring up our two coffees. And we were the only customers at the time. Secondly, the offerings are quite limited and the prices are astronomical. We paid for two just-OK coffees. Honestly, the gas station just up the road has a good coffee bar and charges for two comparable coffees. This place tries to be a Portland- like coffee shop and if that were the case, it might justify the prices. But it’s not. Also, in Portland the staff would be friendlier."

"Our expectations were quite low, as it really wasn't much for restaurants in haines crossing. my wife and I ate lunchtime. She has the burger and I have the clubhouse, both with pommes. we were desperate and quite hungry, so it did the trick....not special, but good enough. it was off season, so just a few places open in the city"

"Otter Falls Cutoff Truck Stop . good food and friendly service .17 miles east of Haines Junction YT . Open 24 hrs 7 days a week . Like the saying goes anywhere a truck driver eats the food has got to be good . That is true here .far prices ."
