"It seemed all vegan places in Hakodate were closed because of the holiday. We can across Taom and although it was closed too, but the chef was so kind and nice and said she will cook for us! "Chapeau to the chef matsunaga and mihoko. we had a fantastic culinary evening with top quality seasonal ingredients from hokkaido. magic in the fine hand of chef matsunaga. highligh was french lobster, foie gras with kumquat orange, and of course the main course we had various from venison, beef wagyu and kinki fish. but also amazing touch of abalone! fantastico! vast wine list, amazing selection of white and red burgundy. the whole dining experience started very fast reply on email by mihoko, as well as during the dinner mihoko took care of us personally. this is amazing. warm and sophisticated hospitality. highly recomended."
