"We booked last summer for the next day and the owner could book us. the restaurant is located in a beautiful, quiet place outside the main center and everything was beautiful. the food was delicious and well refined, the atmosphere very relaxing and the owner very friendly. a great place to try in hakodate!"

"It seemed all vegan places in Hakodate were closed because of the holiday. We can across Taom and although it was closed too, but the chef was so kind and nice and said she will cook for us! The food was so delicious, unique and healthy. There were also cakes and hot beverages. We had such a good time, we want to come and eat again! Thank you!"

"Chapeau to the chef matsunaga and mihoko. we had a fantastic culinary evening with top quality seasonal ingredients from hokkaido. magic in the fine hand of chef matsunaga. highligh was french lobster, foie gras with kumquat orange, and of course the main course we had various from venison, beef wagyu and kinki fish. but also amazing touch of abalone! fantastico! vast wine list, amazing selection of white and red burgundy. the whole dining experience started very fast reply on email by mihoko, as well as during the dinner mihoko took care of us personally. this is amazing. warm and sophisticated hospitality. highly recomended."
