The whole menu is vegan with the only dairy for coffee. The soup and muffin was delicious.

This location is actually SOL cafe I am not sure if the other location for SOL used to exist, but this is the main SOL cafe. It is downstairs in the Escal Plaza...

"We stayed here and they were so wonderful and acommodating. Our dinner was incredible, the food was immaculate, every little dish came out like an artwork. All ingredients were organic and were explained by Kodai it felt as though we were a part of their family. If you want a taste of many different Japanese dishes but vegan then this place is definitely recommended."

"Idk why this place doesn’t have any reviews? I lived in Hakuba for two months in the summer and this is one of the absolute best restaurants in town. Very traditional Japanese, authentic, and amazing interior. Their tempura is so good and the staff is very understanding of veg requests."

"Very recommended that you visit this place for dinner when you are in Hakuba. Just one of the best restaurants in the area. Watching the cook in action is worth the price of the shot alone, the guy is a machine. Good respect. The food is also amazing, all the small plates we had were great and the okonomiyaki was some of the best I ever had anywhere. Book in advance as you will probably find the place full."
