Beet Box Cafe - Haleiwa

We stopped on the way to the north bank. We ordered a green bowl and a Yogi bowl to take away. Both were good. For green bowl it is probably the best (tasty) way to consume spirulina. I really liked the Yogi shell. Had it on the beach. It was quite delicious after a few hours. I'd like to try other dishes again.

The food was delicious! My sister ordered a Jogi dish and I ordered the Pilzburger. The bowl was tasty, but had a little too much sauce for her taste. She wished the sauce was on the side. The burger was fabulous! I love mushrooms and it was perfectly prepared. The only reason this spot didn't get 5 stars from me was because of the service. At first I just wait to wait to wait while the person who took orders answered the phone to take a call order. That was good, but a little annoying. I have worked customer service almost all my life and I was always taught that the customer takes precedence over the phone ring before you. Then when the food was brought to us, the server did not bring straw for the juice (in a cup with straw lid). I went in, asked someone where I could find a straw, they said from the register, I pick a stainless steel straw through the register and bring it back to my table. As I bring the straw into the lid, the employee comes to us and asks if I?m will buy it as these straws are only for sale! I said no thanks and took out the straw and gave it to her. The whole exchange was quite unpleasant. The mood of the restaurant is sustainability, so I didn't think it was strange to use a washable straw. The food was great, and I would definitely eat there again.

5 stars for taste. Right in front of the bat is this place where he is!! I had the VBQ with the salad side. I also ordered a large Hibiscus tea and the lil coconut chocolate cake. Everything was phenomenal. Flavor was on site at any moment. I wish I could pack the place and take me to Asheville, NC. Beet Box Café, I love you!! No change.

Excellent food, cool environment. If you like healthy choices, plant-based options, smoothies or something of this nature, eat here. The food was so fresh and delicious I had to come back to try more on their menu. The pineapple donut was also DIVINE. Very recommended. I will also visit the Beet Box Cafe in Kailua!

Loved our lunch here! They are known for their beet burger, which was great, but the three little birds sandwich was our favorite. The sauce and the bread really made it. Also highly recommend the peanut butter cookie.
