This is the best garlic shrimp and rice! The shrimp was very fresh, cooked just right, and delicious. The rice was very tasty with a buttery garlic sauce on top which greatly enhanced the flavor of the rice. It also included a romaine salad and a slice of pineapple. We stopped at Jenny’s Shrimp Truck because Giovanni’s line was ridiculous. Took awhile to get my order. Everyone raves about this garlic butter shrimp everyone sells in Oahu. I thought it was just ok. Jenny’s split the backs of the shrimp which is suppose to make them easier to peel. I found it very difficult to peel them. Flavor was ok but nothing to get excited about.
