La Chartreuse - Halen

One of the waiters was not wearing a mask and two types of tapas were missing from the menu. As a result, the main dish we ordered was disappointing. It was supposed to be made with fennel cream, charred leeks, and white wine, but none of these ingredients were included. Instead, it was a mix of raw red peppers and crawfish, likely cooked in red wine. The dish lacked spice and the flavor was mediocre. We felt that it was not worth the 34 euros we paid for it. Similarly, the meatballs with tomato sauce that my partner ordered were also lacking in flavor. Despite the beautiful location, we were very disappointed with our dining experience.

We ate very good food at a beautiful location. Serving was nice and sympathetic.

None of these ingredients were present. I mean, it's a bunch of raw red peppers, crabs, and it's probably red wine. There was no spice and the taste wasn't very good. This wasn't worth a euro. The meatballs with tomato sauce from my partner also had very little taste. It's a beautiful location, very sorry we can't say this about dinner.

Very cared, delicious dishes with beautiful current appearances. A lot of attention to corona measures. Kind and mathematical service. Very positive experience, we'll be back.
