This Starbucks has really gone downhill. The staff are friendly. I feel a tiny bit guilty complaining because they sincerely mean well… I’ve been a Starbucks goer for a couple decades and sometimes things go wrong. The temperature is too hot, the coffee tastes burnt, stuff happens. This staff is completely incompetent when it comes to all things coffee. I doubt they even drink it. Waited over ten minutes for mobile order and was given a confused look when i asked about my drinks, never called out names either when they did come
