"My family probably stops here 20 times over the summer. Our cottage is nearby and regardless of the line-up, it's worth the wait. Lots of flavours, very good old-fashioned ice cream, and reasonable prices. Serving sizes for the cones are huge. If you've never ordered one, they will be larger than you expect. Parents don't be afraid to order a kiddie-cone size, it's more than enough. If the wait is too long for you, go inside and pick up some ready made frozen novelties, or a take home size ice cream container and ask for a few spoons!"

"I give it two stars because of the cozy ness of the Resturant, simple but cute Decor. Food was overpriced and Blane. Service wasn’t good at all. They forgot to add the full portion of fish, for the fish n chips order and wasn’t willing to accommodate. Golden rule the customer is never WRONG! My family and I have been in the Resturant business for many years, this place lacked customer service and professionalism. The pot pie was cold but the apple goat salad was delicious. I would recommend trying another Resturant if you are visiting the area or try Restaurant’s in Halliburton"

"Great homemade juicy beef burger on a fresh bun with delicious crispy fresh cut fries. The haddock and fries were mouthwatering. Friendly staff were happy to accommodate our group of eleven when we called. Go for delicious homemade food not the atmosphere."

"5 of us shared 2 appetizers and we all had different dishes. Our palates were thrilled... everyone enjoyed their dishes. The vegetables were tender and the Thai curries were delicious. The 2 pepper dishes were hot, but not so hot. I would recommend this restaurant, staff was great, service fast and restaurant clean. The negative was their exhaust fan or refrigerator had a very loud rattle."
