"2nd visit: a sunny Wednesday in August around noon. There were three or four tables taken (between inside and out), so not too busy. Tried the chicken schwarma wrap combo with spicy sauce very good, filling, fresh, flavorful. Don't see it on their online menu though. Quick, attentive, friendly service. Will be back soon."

"Tried their popular Roasted Lamb Shank from here. It had very good portions with a choice of salad or fries. Dish was really delicious and more than enough for an average person.Eventhough the entrance to this restaurant is a alleyway it got a very good ambience inside with all warm lights.Price is moderate but dishes justifies the price.Vegetarian options: Very few or almost no vegetarian options"

"Great meal in a very nice space with excellent service. We all ordered a dinner combo, which included a main, Jasmine rice, a soup, and a spring roll. It was a great deal and a lot of food. The hot and sour soup was extremely flavorful and really blew me away. The spring roll was also delicious. The ginger stir fry didn't have much ginger flavour to it, which surprised me given the other dishes! It was still well prepared though, but next time I'm back I'll try a curry or noodle dish."

"A BBQ community is not the first place I would think to be vegan friendly, but Upstreet takes care of all the masses. The restaurant is located in the brewery. It's a huge space. Go into you are greeted by arcade machines and flipper tables, which means instant love to me. The large room has a long bar area. Many tables, chairs and stands fill the room, as well as a shuffle board and other games hang on the walls. I loved seeing the machines and equipment for brewing their beer. It's a little loud, but it works for the atmosphere. Their menu is largely based on meat, but they have Jackfruit (based on vegan pulled pork), which can be chosen in sandwiches and then several pages. We have roasted vegetables and Coleslaw. They serve everything on a large plate, diner style. The food itself was delicious! I just loved everything. The Coleslaw was perfect, the Veggies cookies and seasoned exactly right and the Jackfruit was delicate and tasteful! Our waitress was also a treasure. At the end of our meal she said they like to come vegan and hope to expand the menu for us. Everything I love here! Super impressed by everything."
