Had a pathetic experience here. I placed a pick up order for a shawarma plate with half fries and half lentil rice, but the representative did not inform that they were out of lentil rice and added just fries. Upon confronting the discrepancy the staff did not even Had the courtesy to apologize for the mistake rather mentioned they cannot help with anything. I would rate much lower for their customer service read more.
