"We have been going to this bakery every time we feel like some stuffed dough stuff. I dont know their name, but they are amazing. There are some pieces of dough with stuffing such as meat, spinach or cheese and they are so good they sell out fast in the mornings when they are fresh. For me personally, I only go there for those buns and will still do so, worth it every visit."

"The staff and food were equally outstanding. I don't normally think of going to Bayers Lake for dinner but on a suggestion we decided to go and we're not disappointed! The waitress gave some wonderful suggestions and it was delicious. We were a big group taking up two tables on a busy Saturday evening and she handled it with ease. It was also nice to see a restaurant with friendly hands on management. I would strongly recommend Moxies in Bayers Lake to anyone looking for a great meal with friendly service."

"Wow! Just wow. We came in for the fish n chips. OMG. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest people. We ordered our food. Sat down. And out came two heaping plates of fish n chips. The fish was so fresh and the chips were absolutely delicious. Everyone of the workers were so attentive. The food was to die for. True definition of hospitality in this place. Highly recommended. Just wow."

"Visiting from Toronto, we had made reservations at a fancy downtown Halifax seafood restaurant. A power outage in a 5 block radius meant our dinner plans were cancelled. A drive back to our hotel in Bayers Lake and a short walk brought us to one of the best Mexican meals we've ever had. Fred, our waitress, was friendly and helpful - but the food! We had carnitas and enchiladas. Both were perfectly prepared and full of flavour. Highly recommended this restaurant."

"I have been coming here since 2019, and I have absolutely no complaints. Walking into the restaurant, you are almost instantly greeted by the husband and wife that own the place. Some of the kindest people that you will meet here in the city. The food is consistently good no matter what you order, and the price is always more than fair. Stop by on your lunch break for a quick bite to eat, or bring the kids for a nice diner style dinner. Either way you'll leave with a belly full of home cooked food and a smile on your face."
