I ordered a medium-sized regular ice cappuccino and a bagel. They charged me $3.29 for the ice cap and rudely told me that their menu was not updated. I have attached the receipt and a picture of the menu here. They did not fill the cup with enough ice. In any case, a complaint needs to be filed. View all feedback.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It has the worst service in town. I ordered 2 bagels and requested that they be double toasted and double buttered. Unfortunately, they couldn't even fulfill that simple request. One of the bagels came without butter and was not toasted. Additionally, I paid for cheese on my order but did not receive it. I ordered a habanero package but received a pack with jalapeños instead. What a waste of time and money.
During my visit to the restaurant, I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my double-double. Additionally, the staff was rude throughout the experience.
The online order in the app will never be turned on. the place is listed as closed when it is open. either the employees do not know how to properly manage it, or there are problems with their system
Alright coffee. Wifi sucks though. Shouldn't advertise wifi if it isnt available... smh! One of the busy Tim location. Understandable if customer service experience isnt as good as other locations.
