"Konoba Pinna Nobilis is a new seafood restaurant in Hallein everyone is raving about, so of course we had to see for ourselves. It is a small and cozy restaurant with tasteful interior. The young waitress was particularly charming. While my family ordered the fixed menu, I decided to have fish soup as a starter (the daily special, I didn't know what it would cost), a seafood platter and my dad's dessert from the fixed menu. The soup, accompanied by bread, was good, although I have eaten better. I really enjoyed my seafood platter - grilled shrimp, calamari and scallops with a handful of veggies and potatoes - and I tasted some of the fish from the fixed menu which was also excellent. When I was done with my main course, however, I still felt quite hungry and I wished there had been more potatoes and veggies on my plate. This is something I will never understand: Why do restaurants skimp on the sides? They aren't expensive and they will ensure that the customers leave the restaurant with full bellies.I hoped that the dessert - two slices of chocolate mousse with fresh fruit - would save me but it didn't.When the check came, I was surprised to notice that the fish soup, which was a starter, was that expensive. If I had spent 2€ more I could have eaten the three course fixed menu. It would have been nice of the waitress to point that out to me beforehand.So, while the atmosphere and the seafood at Konoba Pinna Nobilis undoubtedly are very good, they should work on transparency and the amount of sides they put on their plates."

"Don't hesitate to ask them for the flavors that you want! They're geniuses. I don't know how they they did it but with just couple of vague pointers from my side I had cocktails that were so perfect they filled a hole in my soul. This place was the highlight of my trip in Salzburg."

"Da italiani non riusciamo a dare punteggio pieno perchè... la pasta è migliore da noi! Non pensavamo fosse un ristorante italiano, siamo entrati perchè di strada. Sicuramente il servizio è buono e curato, hanno anche un stanza per far giocare i bambini. A parte la pasta, la carne alla griglia era ben cotta e tenerissima. Porzioni abbondanti."

"The dining room is a must if you're in Berschtesgarden. We stayed there for my birthday and enjoyed the evening very much. The service was very good, you always had the feeling it will take care of one. Any question about food and drinks could be answered quickly and professionally. The wine tasting as well as the non-alcoholic beverages were perfectly matched to the dishes. The variety of non-alcoholic drinks was impressive and each of them tasted very good. The dishes were very well thought out (both vegetarian or meat/fish), harmoniously matched to each other as well as creative and artistically dressed. None of the courts also only allowed the touch of a chance to complain. You simply feel with every handle on the plate and every drink on the map that the hosts live and love their work. We would like to thank you again for the nice evening. Next time we take the 6-7 hours drive to Berschtesgarden on us, we will definitely return a visit to the dining room."
