"It's a lovely shop with quality foods. They make great Sandwiches. My favourite are the meat pies also have a wonderful selection of cheeses and meats. Very helpful staff that you only get in shops like Monks."

"Lovely, slightly off the beaten track eatery, we were made to feel very welcome with excellent friendly service. food was excellent and received helpful pointers as to what dishes contained meat and vegan dishes etc. My perogi were great and the bortsch that my wife...had aas excellent. "Lovely food and very friendly staff. I go there quite often for my breakfast and they do the lovely scrambled eggs on toast. The only downside is I wish they would do fried eggs for a change."
