"We asked by e-mail for reservation for 11.4.15 (9 persons). At 7 p.m. we entered the restaurant, but at first nothing of a reservation was known (e-mail was probably not read according to the superior). A table with appropriate seats was quickly prepared. After the food order, we waited for an hour for our appetizers and about 80 minutes for our main dishes. On the side of management and operation, it was not even pointed out that such a delay could occur, not a word of apology....a kind we have not experienced before. We are not going to visit this place so quickly, unfortunately we have not felt comfortable here as guests."
