Settling for this PMU café, perhaps the only one in town, despite everything, not that bad..
The manager is rather cold and antipathic. No politeness. A hello, a thank you, an au-revoir . does not cost anything. Not smiling either. We feel like we're disturbing him. 1 star because we can't put less
