A lovely cafe in the centre of Thirsk. Although it’s a chain, and I normally prefer going to individual cafes, the place was very well staffed with competent servers. The tables are well spaced out, so not getting the feeling of being overpowered by other guests. Would definitely recommend. read more.

I went in with the intention of paying cash. There was no signs or notices on the way in to say it was card only. They said we can’t accept cash as we don’t have the facilities for it. Yet there was a staff tip cup full of change all CASH. They’ll happily take whatever goes in their pocket but i couldn’t pay by cash at the till. My Finace got her hot chocolate for free as they already made it and i couldn’t pay cash.... read more.
