"The alexandros is a beautiful place that lies directly on the busy mönckebergstraße in hamburg's city center and is perfect for a small break during your shopping, sightseeing or working day! the restaurant offers a business lunch per day (you can check the menu online or by phone)....We were there for an afternoon tea. the place is so beautiful and comfortable they want to stay all day, it feels like it would be in a living room from a long way period. the small restaurant has only one room with a handful of tables. it is decorated with lots of love to detail from its owner, alexandros. he alone is worth the visit: born to be hostess, always beautiful and welcoming, they immediately feel comfortable. you could say that he loves historical tea sets (china, silver, they call it, it is there), as eating is served on this beautiful table. we had afternoon tee with port (sandwiches, scones, cookies, tee and of course a glass port that was left the bottle on our table for refilling. the restaurant was earlier a bookstore and some furniture and beautiful things were held by the owner. so they can read books or check historical toys etc. there is also a regal to buy with things: Greek olive oil, tee, sweets etc. since alexandros seems to know all his guests, at some point we have all spoken together and had a nice time. prices are not cheap, but reasonable, eating is freshly prepared, the atmosphere is simply beautiful. we will return very soon!"

"Moin Moin The Pezolddamm is a connecting road between the Berner Chaussee and the Berner Allee towards Berner Heerweg. Take a long drive from Bramfeld to A 1 towards Lübeck. "We enjoyed amazing food and superb service with 6 people tonight. We shared many starters in family style (tuna tartar, veal tartar, Beef on cauliflower mash, fish, ... . Mains were beef tongue with asparagus, beef filet, beef shoulder with mashed potatoes. We also enjoyed great coresponding wines with all courses. Desert was also amazing, with a nice sparkling wine. In general I Love coming to Brechtmanns Bistro. Their food has an Asian influence, is super tasty and very light. Ann-Kathrin and Sven are great hosts!"

"I went here with some German friends who live in Hamburg. This is a tiny restaurant but obviously so popular that people (including us) were happy to wait (a considerable time) at the bar for a table to come free. The food was fantastic, the...service was incredibly cheerful despite the crush of people, the bill ridiculously inexpensive for the quality of cooking and wine. I will be back next time I'm in Hamburg. Top tip to get a table quickly arrive before 7.15!"
