Despite price adjustment, the Falafel Factory is still worth a visit. The dishes are very diverse, tasty and quickly prepared. However, I would like to highlight the friendly services that are always courteous, friendly and cordial. There are few restaurants in Hamburg that radiate such hospitality, even if it gets a bit more hectic. View all feedback.
What Bert Lorenz doesn't like about Falafel Factory:
decent falafel in the ski jump you can reach directly via the S-Bahn station. inexpensive, tasty and as it seems in summer from fresh ingredients. also vegan! not so delicious is sometimes the mix-made made from vegetarian and non vegetarian döner/Falafel accessories. here you could be more clean, but obviously not so much belongs to the southern mentality. Had never had a falafel. Had no idea what one was. Had noticed the Falafel Factory had opened very near to where we live. So, decided to try it out. Was trying to figure out the menu and WOW the waitress spoke perfect English. That...first of all impressed me. My partner ordered a döner with falafel and I ordered the basic box, salat, carrot, potato, and falafel with a sauce. My partner was not keen on a strange to him taste. I was surprised that it is a cold item, the basic box. But I enjoyed discovering. They have a brunch the first Sunday of each month. We will be tempted to try it out

This was the worst falafel we ever ate. No taste at all. If you like this kind of food do yourself a favor and try any other options in hamburg. They will be better for sure.
I had expressly chosen the ordered dish “Weizenfrei” because of allergy (the two dishes then come with weizen. at my call the employee did not respond to a customer-friendly. he didn't really see his mistake.
Falafel inserts in particular kartoffels have not tasted, the portion pommes was delivered with ketchup on it as it was not ordered overall unsatisfactory
