despite reservation we were sent to home for half a load. the reason was that the damm before the tresen could not find our reservation in the system (the reservation confirmation on our handy was no matter how bad they happen, but the bypass with it and send them a guesthouse (dry reservation! was incomprehensible for me and anything but professional.
