Ribs in garlic sauce good flavour but the meat toooo tough. Needed more braising time. Szechuan lo mein - lots of meat and shrimp but--whole chilies?? I would have diced them up to make the whole dish hot and spicy. Hey, just make...it like it was for your family. read more.
